SHIPPING

All prints are shipped free of charge within Australia.
International orders are subject to international shipping rates. Shipping rates are applied at checkout.

Ordinarily, prints will be shipped within 7 days of ordering. This allows for freight time from our printing studio and a final inspection and signing prior to your print being sent on its way. Occasionally an order may take up to 21 days to ship either due to a print requiring reprinting as part of the quality control process, or to accomodate times where Ty is away due to travel or workshop commitments.

We take pride in keeping you informed at each step of your order journey.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As such, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee to all of our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchased print we ask you to contact us to discuss your concern.

As all purchases are printed to order please understand that we cannot provide a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind.

You may cancel your order at any time prior to it being dispatched, even if your order has been printed.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will offer a refund or exchange if there is a problem with your order. We carefully inspect all prints prior to shipping however due to unforeseen circumstances, items may be damaged during transit. We ask that you notify us within 7 days of receiving a damaged item. Please include images of the damaged item and unopened packaging so that we can file a claim via the shipping company and our insurer. We will immediately begin work to print your replacement order and have it shipped as soon as practicable.

 

These conditions do not limit your consumer rights granted by the consumer laws of Western Australia.

At the end of the day, we want you to not only be happy, but thrilled with your purchase as there is no greater honour for an artist, but to have their work hanging proudly in the home of their clients.

RETURNS

Items must be returned within 30 days other the original shipping date.

Within Australia

After contacting us via sales@tystedman.com.au to arrange your return, we will arrange for the collection of your purchase by our nominated courier. Where a courier service is not available, we will ask you to ship your image via Australia Post.
Where the print is being returned due to packaging damage or a fault or error from our end, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

From outside Australia

After contacting us via sales@tystedman.com.au to arrange your return, we will discuss the most appropriate shipping method to return your purchase.
Where the print is being returned due to packaging damage or a fault or error from our end, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

 

The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for all instances other than an error by us, or damage incurred during shipping of the original item.

 

COLOUR ACCURACY

Please be aware that your computer or device screen make not be an accurate rendition of the printed image. As part of our process we use calibrated monitors and calibrated printers to produce consistent and accurate print runs. The colour on your screen is controlled by the colour profiles of that device. If you are concerned about colour variations and matching specific applications, please contact us to discuss.
